1. Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliance)
L&D MFG respects your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle data in accordance with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data Collection: We only collect basic contact information (Name, Email, Company) necessary for business correspondence and order processing.
Data Usage: Your data is never sold to third parties. It is strictly used for manufacturing logistics and customs clearance purposes.
Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your data from our servers at any time by contacting sales@caphome.net.
2. Terms of Manufacturing
Intellectual Property: L&D MFG guarantees strict confidentiality of all OEM designs. We do not share your tech packs or samples with other clients.
Tolerance Standards: All textile goods are subject to a standard tolerance of +/- 1cm unless otherwise specified in the tech pack.
Payment Terms: Standard protocol is 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and 70% balance before shipment (T/T), unless otherwise negotiated.
